Our clinicians are trained in and utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in their practice with our clients. We provide individual therapy for children ages 6- 12 years old, adolescents ages 12 - 18 years old and adults 18 + years old. We also provide Parent and Family therapy and Group counselling.
